About LeadRefinery
LeadRefinery is an AI voice agent that works the aged leads already sitting in a broker’s CRM. It is fully managed: we provision and register the phone numbers and check their health every day.
Why we built it
Aged leads are leads you already paid for. Once they age out, that spend is written off.
Most leads need more touches than a rep can spare, so floors pick breadth and old files go unworked. Growing call volume usually means hiring more reps.
On an aged file, your only competition is the trash can. We built LeadRefinery so those files get worked.
Who builds it
Chase Williams founded LeadRefinery. He has spent more than ten years in technology, most of it in enterprise technology, in sales and business development roles at companies including Dell EMC, Algorand and Moonsong Labs.
For the last two years he has worked in small business lending, building products that help funders and brokers. LeadRefinery comes out of that work.

- Every call opens by confirming the right person, then the agent says it is an AI.
- No tricks
- No voicemail drops, no pretending to be a person, no fake urgency.
- Opt-outs stick
- Any opt-out ends contact with that merchant on every channel.
- Your files only
- It only calls the files you give it.
- You can stop it
- Any campaign can be paused or stopped at any time.
