How we compared
We make LeadRefinery, so read this with that in mind. Every other option below is described from its own public website, checked October 20 and 21, 2026. Follow the links to confirm details, since products change. We left out prices because they change often.
We looked at four things:
- What it does and on which channels (voice, text, email)
- Who runs it: a platform you build on, a tool your team configures, or a managed service
- Lending focus stated on its own site

Option by option
LeadRefinery
An AI voice agent that works the aged leads already sitting in a broker’s CRM. Every call confirms the right person, then says it is an AI. Every lead is scrubbed before it is dialed. Merchants who want to talk go to your reps by live transfer, a booked callback, or your own application link by text or email. It is fully managed: we provision and register the numbers and set the cadence and pacing. MCA comes first, with equipment finance and SBA next. Text and email follow-up are on the roadmap. How it works.
Mainline
An all-in-one platform for MCA brokers: a CRM, AI calling and underwriting. Its voice agents call leads, ask qualifying questions, book callbacks and route hot leads to a rep mid-call. Qualified merchants get a mobile application link, and the platform pulls business bank data to check revenue. Its site lets brokers clone their own voice for the agent, with written consent. Setup reads as self-serve, its site says brokers are responsible for calling compliance, and access is by demo request. Good fit for brokers who want calling, applications and deal tracking in one system.
Bigly Sales
Fully managed AI calling for regulated teams. Business lending and MCA is one of its financial services verticals, where it says the AI qualifies owners on revenue, time in business and funding need. Its site says it builds and runs the system, including the numbers, carrier registration, approved scripts and disclosures. It states consent checks before each dial, recording and AI disclosure on every call, and calling windows set by location. It covers many industries beyond lending. Good fit for lenders and funders that want a managed service across several products.
Voice AI for Business Funding
A custom AI phone agent for funding companies, built by Agentli AI. It qualifies merchants, collects applications, books appointments, recovers missed calls and updates your CRM, with warm transfers to your reps based on your routing rules. Every build is tailored to your scripts, criteria and CRM fields. Its page doesn’t describe compliance features. Good fit for established shops with a defined process and a CRM to plug into.
MCA Voice AI
AI voice agents for MCA brokerages. You upload contacts or sync them from your CRM, the agents call and qualify them, and qualified deals land in a dashboard with real-time alerts. Its page doesn’t name the handoff types or say who runs the campaigns. Good fit for brokerages that want an MCA-specific caller and will work follow-up from a dashboard.
BusyBots
An AI CRM with voice agents for MCA brokers. The agents qualify merchants around the clock and warm-transfer hot ones to your closers, and incoming leads are scored and routed. It is onboarding founding customers from a waitlist. Good fit for shops that want to be early customers and help shape the product.
Retell AI
A platform for building and running AI voice agents, with chat and text too. Its financial services page talks about qualifying borrowers and re-engaging older leads. You or your agency own the script and the compliance setup. Good fit if you have a builder and want control.
Vapi
A developer platform for voice AI, built for engineers who want to assemble their own stack. Its site lists security certifications. Lending features and calling compliance tools aren’t described on its public pages, so plan to build those yourself.
Bland AI
A platform to build, run and monitor AI phone agents, inbound and outbound. Its outbound page describes configurable calling windows, frequency limits, consent rules and Do Not Call handling, and says AI disclosure can be configured. It also offers a team to help build your first agent. Good fit for a team with a technical owner who wants guardrails to start from.
Regal
AI agents for phone, text and chat, plus an AI sales dialer. Its lending page focuses on mortgage and home equity examples: qualifying borrowers and warm-transferring them to licensed loan officers. It describes quiet hours, opt-in and opt-out logic and a Do Not Call step. Good fit for larger teams with licensed reps.
Convoso
A voice AI agent that runs qualification and hands sales-ready prospects to your reps, inside Convoso’s outbound dialer. Its FAQ says the customer keeps ownership of consent, recording and disclosures. Good fit if your floor already runs on Convoso.
11x
Managed AI agents for outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling, across voice, email, chat, social and text. Its site doesn’t describe a lending focus. Good fit for B2B sales teams that want a managed AI SDR.
Artisan
An AI BDR that prospects, writes email and social outreach, and books meetings. Its site lists exclusion and Do Not Call lists for outreach. It is built around email, so it fits brokers whose outreach is cold email to business owners more than calls.
Easify
A bulk text platform built for MCA and finance teams, with AI replies to incoming texts and an AI call assistant. Its site says it scrubs numbers against Do Not Call lists. Good fit for small MCA shops whose main channel is text.
